The first Holy Cross Church Mothers’ Prayer Group began in 1996. Delightfully in September 2018, a new and very timely Mothers’ Group formed which you are warmly invited to attend, as and when you can. The meetings are held either at homes in Castle Road or Balmoral Avenue.
The meetings take place on the first Friday of the month from 8.00pm until 9.45pm.
Meetings begin with a relaxed and well-earned social gathering for mothers which includes a glass of Prosecco, if desired. Prayer follows, primarily for our children, God-children, children of the parish and children in Bedford. The peace it brings is tangible.
