For each Mass at Holy Cross Church, there are usually two readers. One will read the first reading and the psalm (unless this is sung), and the other will read the second reading and then say the bidding prayers (unless there is a Deacon who will read these).
The rota is normally arranged on a six monthly basis and the current rota can be found on the notice board in the church porch. If you join the rota, you can expect to be reading approximately every 8 weeks.
